Abstract

본 연구는 성인 초기 내현적 자기애와 관계중독 간의 관계에서 자기개념 명확성과 소외에 대한 두려움의 순차적 이중매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 만 19세 이상 40세 미만 성인 남녀 365명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 28.0과 PROCESS macro 4.3을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 내현적 자기애는 관계중독에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기개념 명확성과 소외에 대한 두려움은 각각 유의한 매개효과를 보였다. 또한 자기개념 명확성이 소외에 대한 두려움을 거쳐 관계중독으로 이어지는 순차적 이중매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 관계중독이 개인의 성격 특성뿐 아니라 인지적·정서적 취약성이 상호작용하는 과정 속에서 형성될 수 있음을 시사한다. 나아가 본 연구는 성인 초기의 관계 문제 예방과 심리사회적 개입, 상담 및 심리치료 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
