Abstract

症例は80歳，女性．2018年より胸部CTで右下葉に結節を認めていたが，徐々に増大するため，手術目的で紹介となった．胸部CTでは，右S＊に9mmの類円形の結節を認めた．腫瘍径が小さく，増大速度も遅いことから，手術術式は胸腔鏡下右S＊区域切除術とした．病理組織検査の結果，腫瘍は硬化性肺胞上皮腫で，切除断端距離は10mmであった．術後経過は良好で，術後8日目に退院となった．現在，無再発で経過している．腫瘍と切除断端との距離が十分確保できる症例に対しては，胸腔鏡下S＊区域切除術は呼吸機能温存が期待できることから，選択肢になりうる．
