Abstract

症例は80歳,女性.2018年より胸部CTで右下葉に結節を認めていたが,徐々に増大するため,手術目的で紹介となった.胸部CTでは,右S*に9mmの類円形の結節を認めた.腫瘍径が小さく,増大速度も遅いことから,手術術式は胸腔鏡下右S*区域切除術とした.病理組織検査の結果,腫瘍は硬化性肺胞上皮腫で,切除断端距離は10mmであった.術後経過は良好で,術後8日目に退院となった.現在,無再発で経過している.腫瘍と切除断端との距離が十分確保できる症例に対しては,胸腔鏡下S*区域切除術は呼吸機能温存が期待できることから,選択肢になりうる.
