TCM syndromes and adiponectin/PPAR expressions in Long COVID-associated hyperglycemia

Abstract

目的 探讨长新冠高血糖患者中医证候学特征及不同证型患者脂联素、PPARγ表达情况。 方法 制定《长新冠高血糖患者中医证候调查表》收集就诊于安徽中医药大学第一附属医院的219例长新冠高血糖患者及30例长新冠高血糖患者资料,结合潜在类别分析(LCA),并检测血清脂联素、PPARγ的表达。 结果 长新冠高血糖患者主要证型为气阴两虚证(26.03%)、肺脾气虚证(20.09%)、痰湿内阻证(17.81%)、气虚血瘀证(15.07%)、阴阳两虚证(11.87%),兼证有阴虚证(20.09%)、气虚证(25.57%)、痰湿证(16.89%)、血瘀证(13.24%),主要症状包括乏力、运动能力下降、气短等,舌象以淡红舌、齿痕舌为主;脉象多为沉脉、细脉。长新冠高血糖患者脂联素、PPARγ表达显著低于非高血糖组(PP 结论 长新冠高血糖主证为气阴两虚证、肺脾气虚证、痰湿内阻证、气虚血瘀证、阴阳两虚证,兼证为阴虚证、气虚证、痰湿证、血瘀证。痰湿内阻证与脂联素、PPARγ表达情况密切相关。
