ABSTRACT During a routine health check‐up, a 53‐year‐old woman underwent an abdominal ultrasound, suggesting the presence of fluid accumulation within the thoracic cavity. For further evaluation, chest computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging were performed, revealing a cystic lesion, which was diagnosed as a pericardial cyst.
