This study investigates the performance of a propulsive airfoil, designed to generate thrust, while extracting air at the upper critical point. The analysis covers a range of attack angles, with both constant and varying intake air volumes. The aim of the study was to determine the limits of the effect of the significant increase in the lifting force and the ability to maintain that effect with a constant intake airflow rate.
