NEW INSIGHTS TO GRAVITY DARK MATTER AND DARK ENERGY. "GRAVITY IS THE COSMIC ENERGY COMPRESSION WRAPPED AROUND BY CELESTIAL BODIES DUE TO THEIR SPIN, MASS, DENSITY AND ORBITAL MOTION WHICH CREATE CAVITY FOR COSMIC ENERGY TO COMPRESS IN". In this new Gravity explanation of mine , I am confident that it will help solve the puzzle of dark matter and dark energy. NOTE I have written my submission in simple language and have deliberately not included any equations, mathematical calculations, or statistics. This was done so that I could explain my theory in an easy and accessible way. If needed, they can be included at later stage. Further, wherever the word energy has been used it has been used in totality and not in different forms of energy that means total energy from all contributions (matter, radiation, cosmic microwave background (CMB) except hypothetical Dark Energy.
