P30 v1 1 REVISED VERSION: Updated with corrected maximum neutron star mass Mₘax = 4. 26 ± 0. 04 M☉ (verified across six equations of state in P45). Comprehensive assessment of CCEGA framework including theoretical unification (P43), numerical verification (P34, P45), and observational consistency with PSR J0952-0607 (M = 2. 35 ± 0. 17 M☉). PSR J0952-0607 disfavors GR by 2-3σ while consistent with CCEGA. Honest documentation of vulnerabilities: Mₘax directly testable (NICER 2029), tidal deformability sensitive to EOS (IR1/O5 2028-2032), GW echoes unique to CCEGA (Einstein Telescope 2035+). Framework is acutely falsifiable. Includes dark matter constraint: no gravitational production mechanism. Falsification roadmap for 2028-2035 observations decisive.
