  • Utilized Omega-Sigma control architecture for global stability.
  • Proved separation of spectral and quantum decoherence.
  • Defined systemic 'strength' analytically.
  • Codified the Observer Misalignment Law.
  • Demonstrated that spectral decoherence dictates quantum decoherence.
  • Provided evidence that unchallenged systems are intrinsically fragile.
  • Showed that insufficient observational projections indicate stability rather than chaos.

Abstract

This manuscript presents a non-heuristic, topologically closed operator-theoretic framework that unifies spectral gap enforcement, variance domination, and epistemic projection. Stripping away conventional heuristic assumptions, the Omega-Sigma control architecture is mathematically proven to enforce global system stability via rigorous resolvent control, Schatten-class Birman-Schwinger factorization, and determinant exclusion. We formally separate spectral decoherence (the topological collapse of a spectral gap) from quantum decoherence (the loss of phase relations), proving that the former mathematically dictates and bounds the latter. By defining systemic "strength" as the absolute minimum of spectral isolation under bounded perturbation, we provide formal proof that unchallenged systems are intrinsically fragile. Finally, we codify the Observer Misalignment Law. We prove that the inability of an external observer to resolve a system's structure does not imply that the system is invalid, chaotic, or noisy. Rather, it mathematically indicates an insufficient projection operator on the part of the observer. This framework bridges functional analysis, continuous-time dissipative flows, and epistemic resilience, proving that stability is a structurally intrinsic absolute that remains invariant regardless of localized observer resolution.
