Video S1: This video outlines the surgical concept of single-arm robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy using the da Vinci SP Surgical System, including port placement, external traction, and the right posterior approach. The initial phase of resection is demonstrated, focusing on Kocher mobilization and exposure of the superior mesenteric artery. Video S2: This video demonstrates resection using the below camera mode, which facilitates ventral retraction and provides an unobstructed operative view during lateral dissection around the superior mesenteric artery. The below mode allows stable exposure and precise dissection along the intended axis without interference between robotic instruments.
