Abstract

Abstract Historically, the engagement with art – particularly within protestant traditions – has not always been marked by appreciation. This article, in contrast, explores experiences of resonance and self-transcendence as key points of connection between art and the christian ‚art of living‘. When these distinct spheres interact while preserving their respective autonomy, aesthetic, ethical, and religious experiences can mutually enrich one another. From this perspective, art emerges as a transformative space for the development of the ‚art of living‘.
