Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) training combines clinical performance with disciplined portfolio management. In the United Kingdom, the Intercollegiate Surgical Curriculum Programme (ISCP) is the platform for documenting progress towards the Annual Review of Competence Progression (ARCP). This article provides guidance to help OMFS trainees prepare and manage ISCP evidence to achieve an Outcome 1.
