Abstract

This paper proposes a coherence-geometric foundation of electrodynamics in which electricityand magnetism are interpreted as projected expressions of deeper structure in FinslerCoherence Hyperfractal Phas(e)space (FCHP). Standard electrodynamics provides an extraordinarily successful operational and mathematicaldescription of charge, field, current, and electromagnetic propagation, yet largely treats theirunderlying ontological status as primitive. The present work asks a prior question: what kind of geometric and coherence-bearing reality must obtain for electric polarity, charge separation, current, and magnetic circulation to arise at all? The central thesis is that electric phenomena originate in coherence differentials stabilized across boundary-bearing relational domains,while magnetic phenomena arise as the torsional and circulatory aspect of coherence transport in anisotropic phas(e)space. On this basis, charge is reinterpreted as the projected signature of localized coherence imbalance under bounded closure, electric potential as the scalar trace of ordered coherence differential, current as directed coherence transport, and magnetism as rotational coherence organization accompanying transport. Electromagnetic unity is thereby understood not as an arbitrary coupling of two separate field types, but as the effective lower-order appearance of one deeper coherence-geometric transport structure. Thepaper concludes by arguing that classical electrodynamics, including Maxwellian field structure,should be read as an effective projected formalism rather than as the deepest ontological layerof reality.
