Abstract

This paper formulates the structural requirements that a Theory of Everything must satisfy, based on rigorous definitions of information and operations. Starting from minimal axioms of information I and operation F*, it derives causal structure from cognitive accessibility and enumerates nine structural requirements including dimensional unification (all dimensions expressible as Lⁿ) and scale symmetry (scale homogeneity of all equations).
