Key Points

  • The central aim is to propose a vector-geometric framework for recurring biological and perceptual structures.
  • Introduced the Kinematic Energy Framework (KEPH) for describing biological dynamics.
  • Analyzed structures within the visual system, DNA, and topoisomerase mechanisms.
  • Formulated calibrated predictions based on this framework.
  • Identified key recurring structures within the biological and perceptual domains.
  • Proposed a mathematical formalism for understanding kinematic energy in these systems.

Abstract

This preprint presents Volume I of a tetralogy dedicated to the Kinematic Energy PHramework (KEPH), a vector-geometric framework for the description of recurring structures in biology and perception. KEPH is the updated term for the framework previously referred to as KEF in the Akkademia Senzanome corpus. Volume I identifies the recurring structure in the visual system, DNA, and the topoisomerase mechanism, proposes the framework, and formulates calibrated predictions. Subsequent volumes develop the mathematical formalisation and extension to preliminary domains. Volume I of IV.
