This record presents the fourth PEQSF study, focused on experimental benchmark architectures and validation protocols designed to translate the PEQSF framework into structured experimental conditions. The work defines benchmark classes, validation logic, and discriminative observables intended to distinguish target structural signatures from confounds, artifacts, and conventional system effects. It is positioned as a validation-oriented extension of the earlier PEQSF records and aims to support a rigorous transition from conceptual formulation to experimentally disciplined assessment under controlled measurement logic.
