This study is a systematic literature review examining implementation strategies used to integrate sustainable healthcare and planetary health into undergraduate medical education. The review synthesizes evidence from peer-reviewed studies to identify key pedagogical, institutional, and policy-driven approaches that support sustainability integration in medical curricula. The review follows PRISMA guidelines and applies thematic synthesis to generate an evidence-based conceptual framework linking curriculum transformation, participatory partnerships, experiential learning, digital pedagogy, and institutional leadership.
