Abstract

卵巢衰老是女性生殖衰老的关键环节,病因复杂且缺乏有效治疗手段。文章通过系统文献检索,从基因组不稳定性、端粒磨损、表观遗传改变、氧化应激、慢性炎症、线粒体功能障碍、能量代谢异常等多个层面阐述了卵巢衰老的现代分子机制。并基于中医“肾主生殖”理论,进一步总结补肾方剂在改善卵巢储备功能、调节性激素水平的的临床疗效,归纳其通过多靶点、多通路调节上述关键机制的基础研究证据。文章旨在系统整合卵巢衰老的现代分子机制及补肾方剂干预的研究进展,以期为中医补肾疗法防治卵巢衰老提供理论依据和临床指导。
