Abstract

This study investigates location equilibria on a hexagonal network under spatial Cournot competition. We focus on symmetric equilibria and identify two types: 1) central agglomeration and 2) maximal dispersion. When demand in the inner markets is relatively weak, the latter configuration emerges as equilibrium.
