Abstract

This paper is the second core thesis of the 9-Keel cancer theoretical system. It introduces the cancer-specific formula TCFD > C to explain tumor formation and progression, and clarifies the critical difference between stable tumor and progressive clinical cancer. Based on the principle of Cell Innocence, this work demonstrates that a tumor is a passive adaptive repair tissue under long-term tissue overload, while cancer progression is driven by the continuous dominance of R > D (Resistance > Driving Force). The model is unified, measurable, falsifiable, and provides a clear new framework for understanding and intervening in cancer.
