Abstract

This work presents the Minkowski-Kaluza-Klein-Măgureanu (MKKM) model, a 5D unified framework that replaces the traditional compactification of Kaluza-Klein theory with a macroscopic spatial extension. Rooted in the wave-mechanical tradition of Louis de Broglie and developed during doctoral research under Prof. Marius Borneas (West University of Timișoara), this framework treats the vacuum as a high-tension physical manifold. We derive a geometric surface tension of N/m and a topological angular capacity of steradians. The model provides a mechanical derivation for the vacuum impedance and establishes a 'Geometric Floor' that eliminates 0D singularities, resolving the Information Paradox through the formation of stable remnants. Experimental implications for high-current relativistic beams, such as those utilized at the TRIUMF 500 MeV cyclotron, are also discussed
