THEORY OF EVERYTHING AND THE MODAL DISCIPLINE OF OBJECTIVITY: a critical–propositional analysis of Abed Peerally's equation TOE = PHIOE + PHYOE in confrontation with the Theory of Objectivity

This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of Abed Peerally’s Theory of Everything (TOE) = Philosophy of Everything (PHIOE) + Physics of Everything (PHYOE): Toward Its Elucidation, in confrontation with the Theory of Objectivity (TO). The analyzed work proposes that a genuine Theory of Everything cannot be reduced to physics alone, but must integrate a Philosophy of Everything and a Physics of Everything. From the perspective of the Theory of Objectivity, this study examines Peerally’s proposal through the modal discipline of TO, especially its Seven Absolute Truths, phenomenic elements, Inductive Effects, cosmogonic theorem, cosmological Eras, and the thesis that the transcendent element is knowledge or information produced in atomic relations and equivalent to atomic radiations. The article identifies significant points of compatibility between Peerally’s project and TO, especially the critique of physical-mechanistic reductionism, the centrality of the origin of the universe, the relevance of consciousness, and the need to overcome a purely mechanical conception of reality. At the same time, it highlights points of tension, particularly regarding the possible tendency toward idealism, theological metaphysics, or the attribution of foundational status to consciousness without modal formalization. The analysis argues that Peerally’s equation — TOE = PHIOE + PHYOE — can be fruitfully reinterpreted within the Theory of Objectivity as the need for a modal ontology of totality, articulated through phenomenic physics and informational transcendence.
