Abstract

This review looks at how Human Resource Management is changing in India and everywhere else. It is changing because of digital technologies, more people freelancing, and the rise of the gig economy. Also, not enough attention is paid to what employees think and feel. There is not enough research on new areas, such as Artificial Intelligence, working from home, and using digital tools for Human Resource Management. In short, the review says that we need research focused on India that can help organisations and employees navigate the fast-changing world of digital technology. We need Human Resource Management strategies that work for India. Human Resource Management, in India, needs to be studied.
