Key Points

  • This work aims to validate the BECU–OLON framework as a structural completion to the ΛCDM cosmological model.
  • Final reviewer-level cosmological consistency tests
  • Assessment of CMB anomalies, late-time acceleration, and growth suppression
  • Unified comparison of BECU–OLON with ΛCDM across observational sectors.
  • Low-ℓ CMB suppression was achieved while preserving high-ℓ Planck consistency.
  • Growth evolution matched observed data with realistic fσ8 evolution.
  • The BECU–OLON framework outperformed standard cosmology in handling galaxy rotation curves and lensing behavior.

Abstract

This work presents the final reviewer-level cosmological consistency test of the BECU–OLON framework as an infrared structural completion of ΛCDM rather than a direct replacement. The model preserves the successful high-ℓ precision regime of standard cosmology while naturally addressing known anomaly sectors, including low-ℓ CMB suppression, late-time acceleration without a fundamental cosmological constant, mild growth suppression related to the S8 tension, and structural baryon–lensing separation without particle dark matter. The same structural parameter K = (R/ρ)(dρ/dR) acts as the unified state variable controlling galaxy rotation curves, emergent BTFR scaling, Bullet Cluster-like lensing behavior, morphology dependence, cosmological phase transitions, and large-scale structure evolution. Final validation includes:• low-ℓ CMB suppression with preserved high-ℓ Planck consistency• exact acoustic peak preservation• BAO consistency and safe lensing smoothing• realistic fσ8 growth evolution• unified comparison with ΛCDM across all major observational sectors The results support the interpretation that BECU–OLON functions as a structural infrared correction to ΛCDM, where gravity is not defeated but balanced. Rather than replacing standard cosmology, the framework completes it by replacing phenomenological dark sectors with geometry-driven structural response.
