Abstract

水利工程作为国家基础设施建设的重要组成部分,其质量与安全直接关系到人民群众的生命财产安全和 社会稳定发展。本文基于水利工程施工实践,系统分析了施工质量控制与安全管理的核心要素,提出通过构建全流程 质量管控体系、强化安全风险动态防控机制、推动技术与管理创新融合等策略,实现工程质量与安全的协同提升。研 究结果表明,采用“验评分离”质量验收、bim技术辅助施工模拟、智能安全监测系统等创新手段,可有效降低质量 缺陷率,提升安全管理效能,为水利工程建设提供可复制的管理范式。
