Abstract

煤矿生产调度系统传统架构存在信息交互不畅、决策依赖人工、响应效率低等问题,制约生产效率与安 全保障。本文提出智能化升级方案,以构建现代化调度体系为目标,融合物联网、5g、大数据等关键技术,设计“五 层架构”并升级四大功能模块。通过分阶段实施项目,完成技术选型、系统开发与人员培训后上线运行。实践评估显 示,升级后系统在效率、安全、经济等方面成效显著,用户满意度达92.3%,为煤矿高质量发展提供坚实保障。
