Abstract

This deliverable provides a comprehensive overview of the synergy-building activities carried out throughout the ColdSpark® project, aiming to establish strategic collaborations with relevant European and international projects, initiatives, industrial stakeholders, and sectoral networks in the fields of clean hydrogen, methane splitting, carbon valorisation, and energy systems. The report documents the methodological framework developed by the consortium to systematically identify, map, prioritise, and engage with complementary initiatives, including Horizon Europe sister projects, industrial actors, research clusters, and policy-driven platforms. It outlines the evolution and implementation of the Synergy Action Plan as part of the project’s Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication strategy and demonstrates how these activities supported ColdSpark®’s visibility, knowledge exchange, and long-term exploitation potential.
