Abstract

This paper presents the formal measurement protocol for the Attractor Density Index (ADI), the primary analytical instrument of the Equilibrium Ledger Research Programme. It specifies complete operational definitions for all model components, including the dependent variable Correction Magnitude and the four independent variables Systemic Coherence, Psychic Energy, Capital Density, and Charismatic Force, together with their empirical proxies, unit specifications, and data sourcing requirements. The paper derives the ADI production function and estimates its parameters via ordinary least squares regression on a closed panel of twenty apex attractor cases. The results provide initial empirical support for the Structural Capital Hypothesis, with Systemic Coherence and Psychic Energy emerging as statistically significant predictors of Correction Magnitude, while Capital Density and Charismatic Force do not. The protocol further introduces the Callas Coefficient, a boundary dissolution parameter that enters the settlement equation as a non linear sensitivity modifier. The full settlement equation is derived and analysed, including the formal proof of biological foreclosure in the limit case. This document is designed as a fully replicable measurement framework. All variables are defined independently of narrative interpretation, allowing any researcher with access to adequate records to reproduce ADI scoring and settlement predictions.
