Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) is a challenging condition with limited effective treatments. We report a case of a 44-year-old man with refractory CP/CPPS treated with a home-based prostatic vibratory stimulation protocol. After 12 weeks, the NIH-CPSI score improved from 26 to 14, with marked reduction in pain and no adverse events. The patient reported subjective improvement on the Patient Global Impression of Improvement scale. This case suggests that targeted mechanical prostatic stimulation may represent a promising non-pharmacological option for selected patients.
