Abstract

This study explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in enhancing students’ writing skills. With the rapid development of digital technologies, AI-based writing assistants such as grammar checkers, text generators, and feedback systems have become increasingly accessible in educational contexts. The research examines how these tools support students in improving grammar, vocabulary, coherence, and overall writing quality. It also discusses potential challenges, including overreliance on technology and ethical concerns. The findings suggest that when used appropriately, AI tools can significantly contribute to the development of writing competence, critical thinking, and learner autonomy. The study highlights the importance of integrating AI into pedagogical practices while maintaining a balance between technology use and traditional learning methods.
