Hyperbrane Relativity: Master Edition V30 — Foundation-First Geometric Framework. This release restructures the HBR Master Edition to declare the geometric foundation (contracting brane in 4D Euclidean bulk + W- inner-universe fountain) as Part I, making it the explicit starting point. Key changes from V29.2: — New Part I "The Foundational Picture": W-axis pedagogical points (scale axis, orthogonality to XYZ, infinite extent, observer-with-ruler invariance), indeterminacies of brane-internal observation, true-BH vs astrophysical-BH distinction (sleeping potential), and a new mathematical sketch (§1.5) deriving the apparent cosmological expansion from uniform brane translation under the OCS observation regime, with explicit deceleration-parameter sign analysis classifying the de Sitter / matter-dominated / phantom regimes. — Abstract rewritten to lead with the foundation.
