Abstract

This research article explores the importance of innovative educational technologies in developing professional teaching skills in higher education institutions. The study focuses on the impact of digital learning environments, interactive teaching methods, and distance and blended learning models on the effectiveness of instructional practice. The findings demonstrate that the implementation of innovative approaches enhances teachers’ professional competencies, improves the quality of higher education, and supports the development of students’ independent and creative thinking abilities.
