Based on the theory of dimensionless causal chains, this paper first clarifies the nature of light, then constructs an equivalence relationship between internal circular causal chains and physical media, aiming to explain the essence of life in an accessible way. The study shows that life is not a perfect existence, but a product of the orderly combination of innate cosmic logical deviations (residuals). Without complex mathematical tools and professional jargon, this paper focuses on clarifying the nature of light and the fundamental differences between inorganic matter and living systems, balancing theoretical consistency and readability.
