Abstract

ICMM-FW-12 introduces a theoretical and simulation-based framework devoted to the emergence of multi-scale organizational persistence mechanisms within the ICMM model (Multi-Magnetic Complex Information). The developments carried out within ICMM-FW-12 directly extend the previous works of the ICMM corpus devoted: to distributed cohesions; transformational dynamics; persistent attractors; hierarchical architectures; and conditional realizability mechanisms. The study more specifically explores the manner in which certain organizational structures may progressively: maintain several simultaneous levels of cohesion; redistribute certain perturbations; preserve certain organizational trajectories; and maintain a persistent continuity despite major transformational fluctuations. In order to explore these properties, several exploratory organizational simulations were developed according to a cumulative methodological progression from the emergence of elementary cohesions to the appearance: of persistent anchoring fields; organizational attractors; distributed transformational memory; and advanced regimes of multi-scale resilience. The obtained results progressively suggest that complex organizational persistence could emerge not as a simple static stability but as a historical multi-scale dynamic capable: of integrating certain perturbations; redistributing certain constraints; rebuilding certain coherences; and maintaining certain persistent organizational continuities. This study does not constitute an experimental physical validation of the ICMM model. The present study must be interpreted as a theoretical and simulation-based exploration intended: to formalize certain emergent organizational mechanisms; to structure future mathematical developments; and to guide future research on: persistence, resilience, transformational memory, and complex multi-scale architectures within the ICMM framework.
