Hybrid war is part of the security challenges in international relations, and the Russian-Ukrainian war represents a clear example of these wars. Therefore, the study sought to provide a comprehensive vision of the Russian-Ukrainian war within the framework of hybrid war and its regional and international repercussions, by identifying the meaning of hybrid war and the nature of the war. Hybrid Russian in Ukraine, and the most important methods used in it. In general, this war is described as a complex war because of its continuity and its potential effects on both internal and international security. For this reason, the study used the analytical approach,The Russian hybrid war against Ukraine is a complex conflict due to the intersection of traditional military operations and unconventional methods such as cyber operations, media influence, and political interference. Therefore, the problem of the study revolves around a central question, which is: What is hybrid war and how can it be defined in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war? This question has many sub-questions, including:1- What does hybrid warfare mean?2- What is the nature of hybrid warfare in Ukraine, and what are the methods used in it?3- What are the repercussions caused by the Russian hybrid war towards Ukraine? and the study was divided into three main sections, in addition to an introduction and a conclusion.
