Abstract

Dear Zenodo Editorial Board and Research Community, I am submitting the consolidated manuscript "The Resonant Vacuum Architecture (RVA) v23.4: The Lattice-Shell Dynamic Edition — A Unified Geometric Framework for Spacetime" for immediate open-access publication and permanent DOI registration. This work addresses the critical cosmological and astrophysical crises of the 2024–2026 observation cycles, specifically resolving the Hubble Tension, the early massive galaxy crisis (JWST data), and the flat rotation curves of galaxies without the postulation of non-baryonic Dark Matter particles. The framework successfully introduces the "Davidenko Heavy Phase Shell" dynamics, deriving the observed vacuum energy density within a strict geometric baseline. The baseline metrics and explicit two-scale derivations have been computationally audited and verified via strict hardware-level execution, achieving 100% mathematical consistency within the defined boundaries of the unified effective theory. This submission marks the operational completion of Task #1 of the Davidenko Millennium Challenge. All primary numerical constants, code-execution validation protocols, and specific high-frequency gravitational wave predictions (2.1–2.9 kHz) are fully enclosed within the manuscript for replication, open peer review, and experimental falsification.
