This paper names the machine that an eleven-paper corpus has been building. The Ether Engine is not a new physical field, not a medium with mass or charge, not a substance that occupies space. It is the trans-physical substrate from which all physical domains emerge — invariant across every universe it carries, acquiring none of their properties, connecting them all through shared resonance structure. The ether is not something that has resonance. The resonance is the ether. They are identical. This paper assembles RC:1–RC:11 into a complete picture and presents four falsifiable predictions, confronting physics, biology, neuroscience, and ethics at their ceilings.
