The paper studied the morphology features, Raman spectra, and diffuse reflectance spectra of silicon wafers containing silver and copper nanoparticle arrays formed by chemical deposition on their surface. It was found that the presence of copper nanoparticles has a significant effect on the change in the reflectance spectra of the samples. Changing the process parameters of the chemical formation of arrays of copper and silver metallic nanoparticles, including during their codeposition, makes it possible to control the nature of localized plasmon resonance.
