Abstract

昭和大学病院において帝王切開の麻酔に関する標準化計画を推進した．この取り組みには，脊髄くも膜下麻酔の薬剤量の統一，穿刺針の統一，穿刺のシミュレーション教育の導入，術後鎮痛法の改善，術中の低血圧予防策，子宮収縮薬投与方法の最適化，そしてponv対策が含まれる．これらの標準化は麻酔の安全性向上，質の担保，術後鎮痛の改善に寄与し，専攻医1年目でも安全で質の高い麻酔を提供できるようになった．帝王切開の麻酔標準化は，母と子に優しいだけでなく教育面でも大きな利点がある．
