Abstract

As the settlement of the House litigation reaches its one‐year anniversary, the landscape and related requirements for name, image, and likeness deals have evolved. Between the NCAA's enactment and modification of Bylaw 22 and the creation of the College Sports Commission as the new regulatory body/clearinghouse for NIL arrangements, strict reporting requirements have been imposed.
