This theoretical document introduces the "Photonic Vibration Theory," a unified physical framework that challenges contemporary scientific paradigms regarding light, electric charge, and energy transmission. The author proposes that the photon is not an energy carrier traveling through a void, but rather the fundamental fluid of the universe itself, through which vibration propagates as a wave. Within this model, electric charge is redefined as an interactional event of organized photonic vibration setting matter (electrons) into motion, rather than an intrinsic property. The theory scales seamlessly from cosmic to micro-biological levels. At the cosmic scale, it explains planetary axial rotation as a dynamic response to photonic pressure and thermal-vibrational gradients, where planets mechanically rotate toward their "colder layers" to maintain material equilibrium.
