This work presents PFUS 55.0, the complete universal ultimate unified theory that fully integrates Valuation Axioms, Universal Steady-State System, and Double-Cone Ontology without omission. It strictly distinguishes the universal cosmos and four-dimensional growing cosmos, establishes two core axioms, and unifies double-cone geometry, explicit–implicit sevenfold Qi logic, β₁ field, four pillars of steady state, and universal wrapping–projection theory. It resolves longstanding paradoxes in physics, cosmology, quantum mechanics, time, and AI. It forms the final orthodox foundational text of the PFUS system.
