For Iran, embracing this innovative approach, particularly through the use of green hydrogen derived from renewable energy, offers a dual advantage: drastically lowering CO₂ emissions and gaining a competitive edge in the global market for sustainable steel. This paper examines the environmental and economic implications of this transition, emphasizing the potential for job creation, enhanced energy security, and economic diversification.
