It examines key elements such as sustainable material sourcing, fair labor practices, transparency, and accountability in supply chain management. The study highlights that many fashion brands still adopt sustainability in a superficial manner, limiting its impact on core operations. By integrating ethical practices and leveraging emerging technologies, companies can enhance both operational efficiency and social responsibility. The paper emphasizes the need for a holistic transformation that aligns economic growth with environmental and social considerations.
