Key Points

  • This research aims to dissolve the AMPS firewall paradox by proposing that certain compact objects are black stars without classical event horizons.
  • Performed asymptotic symmetry analysis in RS1 bulk geometry.
  • Expanded on the Lie bracket to show the algebra is a semidirect product: Virasoro_t ⋉ BMS₃.
  • Validated findings against Sgr A* using the BMS₃ entropy formula.
  • Findings indicate that black stars exist without classical event horizons, negating the trilemma conditions.
  • The derived entropy S ≈ 1.019 S_BH closely aligns with predictions, within 2% margin.
  • For stellar-mass black stars, S_Cardy is significantly greater than S_RT, consistent with their entropy-releasing nature.

Abstract

"This is v2. 0 of doi: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20030443" The AMPS firewall paradox establishes that unitarity, effective field theory (EFT) outside the horizon, and a smooth horizon cannot simultaneously hold. We argue that the CCEGA framework dissolves—rather than resolves—the trilemma by eliminating its central premise: compact objects in the mass range 4. 56–12. 0 M☉ are black stars without classical event horizons. The trilemma does not apply because postulate (iii) has no referent. New in v2. The original Virasoro ⊕ supertranslation conjecture of v1 is revised in light of Maitra, Maity and Majhi (2021), who show that timelike surfaces in Schwarzschild spacetime admit only temporal supertranslations F (t), not a full Virasoro algebra. We perform the asymptotic symmetry analysis in the RS1 bulk geometry and find that the extra dimension y contributes an independent parameter Y (t, θ, φ). The Lie bracket ζF, ζYʸ = F·∂ₜ Y ≠ 0 shows the algebra is a semidirect product: Virasoroₜ ⋉ BMS₃ — which is precisely the standard BMS₃ algebra. The Israel junction condition does not restrict Y to Y (t): the ratio |δK_θθ|/|Israel_θθ| ~ 10⁻⁴², verified analytically from the collapse arrest condition of P35. A Cardy validation against Sgr A* using the BMS₃ entropy formula gives S ≈ 1. 019 SBH (within 2%), without free parameters. For stellar-mass black stars, SCardy ≫ SRT (P54), consistent with the entropy-releasing character of black star formation.
