Magnetic Microwave-Absorbing Materials In their Research Article (10.1002/adfm.74997), Heng Zhou, Hongbo Gu. and co-workers show that the microwave-absorbing material CoNi@NC can absorb 5G signals from base stations. Heterogeneous interfaces and elemental doping increase the natural resonance frequency of the material, optimize impedance matching and overcome the Snook limit, thereby enhancing the absorption of electromagnetic waves in the 5G bands.
