What Classroom Observations Reveal About Reading Comprehension Instruction

ABSTRACT Reading and social studies instruction in 39 thirdhrough sixtb7grade classrooms in central Illinois vas observed in a study' designed to determine whether elementary school classrooms provide oCapiiihension instruction.
