The purpose of this study is to investigate the capital structure and growth to profitability and its impact on the value of firm on Islamic microfinance institution in Indonesia. The result, capital structure, growth and profitability have a strong relationship on the value of firm. Simultaneously, the capital structure, growth and profitability have significantly on the value of firm. Islamic microfinance institution have to strong and healthy will be more involved in the micro economy, they will move, it takes a lot of labor, increasing incomes to make them grow prosperous and ultimately improve their life.
