Abstract

摘要： 目的 探究浮针与肌内效贴配合应用于髌骨软化症的临床疗效。 方法 选取2024年6月—2025年6月在太和县中医院就诊的髌骨软骨软化症患者80例，随机分为对照组及治疗组，各40例。对照组予以肌内效贴，治疗组在对照组基础上予以浮针治疗。观察2组治疗前后、治疗后2个月随访时疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、Kujala髌股关节评分（KPST）、Lysholm膝关节评分（LKSS）的变化。 结果 2组治疗后及随访时VAS、LKSS、KPST评分均较治疗前有显著改善（PP 结论 浮针联合肌贴疗法能够有效缓解髌骨软骨软化症患者的疼痛和改善膝关节功能。
