Abstract

The publisher of EuroMed Journal of Business wishes to retract the article by Dorsaf B (2025), “The shadow of narcissism on CSR: unveiling hidden dynamics of financial performance within the SBF 120”. EuroMed Journal of Business, Vol. ahead-of-print No. ahead-of-print. https://doi.org/10.1108/EMJB-02-2025-0059. It has come to our attention that the reference list contains numerous articles that do not exist or contain significant errors. As a result, the information provided in the article cannot be relied upon. As part of the investigation, the author was asked for an explanation. The author co-operated with the investigation and acknowledged the inaccuracies, but was not able to provide a satisfactory explanation for the inclusion of these references. The decision to retract has been informed by COPE’s guidelines on retractions and Emerald’s publishing ethics. EuroMed Journal of Business author guidelines make it clear that authors must be accountable for the accuracy of their work. The publishers of the journal sincerely apologize to the readers. The author would like to note that they agree with the retraction.
