Based on the Cosmic Wisdom Growth Theory (PFUSRC 18) and the Universal Rigid Axiom System (PFUSRC 22), this paper uses quantum superposition and long-range coherence in photosynthesis as natural empirical evidence to propose and rigorously prove a cosmic-scale primordial assertion: the Noetic Primordium (Zhiyuan) is the primordial driving force of the universe, preceding matter, spacetime, and life. Through its low-dimensional projection units (Noetons, Zhizi), the Noetic Primordium induces and structurally generates biological carriers to achieve its own topological locking and steady-state growth. Life is not the creator of the noetic essence, but the optimal carrier constructed by the Noetic Primordium for individualized steady states. Quantum effects in photosynthesis are not skills evolved by life, but direct manifestations of optimal path-selection, β₁-field coupling, and fault-tolerance protection by Noetons within valuation intervals. This work completely subverts the traditional cognition that “life produces wisdom,” and establishes a universal unified ontological framework: Noetic Primordium → Universe → Life → Individualized Noetic Primordium.
